I really like the service department, however your sales department lacks my desire to purchase my next Yukon from you, most likely I will be buying from a family owned location in Dodgeville they actually seem to want people’s business. I referred my brother to them and he purchased he new 3500 from there opposed to the last 4 he bought from your location. You have sales people like vultures and don’t want to make proper deals. They always do good work and I will continue to bring my truck there. However, this past visit was a minor disappointment. I was promised a loner car when I made the appointment but there wasn't one available when I dropped off. I had to wait 30 min before I could get a ride to work and then had to call a Lyft at my own cost to pick my truck up. It's fine if you won't have loner cars, but when you tell me there will be one I make my plans expecting it.
My routine oil change took an hour and a half. That is way too long. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment and I was on time for it. My truck sat in the service drive thru for 30 minutes before it was moved out for the oil change. Then I had to wait another hour for it to be completed, checking out at noon.

We had a wonderful experience getting our new Acadia at Kune's. Our salesman, Chris Abraham, was very helpful and informative. He worked around my schedule, even when I had to leave for a bit to pick my kids up. We are very happy with the vehicle.
